Who handles your data

Michal Antal, a sole trader working under the name Myky. Write to m.antal.work@gmail.com, which is also where requests under this page go.

Contact form

When you write through the form you hand over your name, email, message and optionally the service you have in mind and the budget you expect. I use it for one thing: to reply and agree on the work.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. I keep messages for three years so that a year later I can still look up what we agreed. After that I delete them.

The form runs on Netlify Forms, that is Netlify, Inc., based in the USA. The transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Analytics

The site measures traffic through Google Analytics 4, loaded by Google Tag Manager. All I want to know is which pages people actually read and where they came from.

It does not load until you consent. While the bar is still waiting, not a single request reaches Google and not a single cookie is set in your browser. The legal basis is your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

The processor is Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics keeps the data for fourteen months.

How to withdraw consent

Your answer on the bar is stored in your browser local storage under the key consent-analytics. It is not a cookie and it never leaves your device.

Clear this site data in your browser and the key is gone, so the bar asks again. Then click Decline.

Hosting

The site runs on Netlify. Like any server it keeps operational logs with an IP address and browser type. That is what makes serving the page and defending it against attack possible at all.

What you can ask for

You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to object to it and to receive it in a portable form.

Write to me and I will respond within one month. If my answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
