Custom websites and internal tools for businesses around Trenčín
Trenčín and the Váh valley are manufacturing country. Most of the work here is not a brochure site, it is the internal tooling a production or service company has outgrown.
A custom website for a business in Trenčín starts at €470 and the first version is usually ready within a week. Search competition here is far lower than in the capital, so a local business can reach the first page within months and without paid ads.
Why this region is different
The Váh valley is full of manufacturing, engineering and service firms that run their operations on spreadsheets somebody built years ago and nobody dares to touch. That is the work I do most.
It also means search is far less crowded here than in Bratislava. The same effort buys a much better position.
What this looks like in practice
A bike workshop in a village reached average position 5.9 in Google and 3,125 impressions in the first month. Its revenue doubled after launch and later reached three times the old figure.
That was against Bratislava competition, which is several times denser than what a Trenčín business faces.
Where I can turn up in person
Trenčín and the Váh valley: Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Dubnica nad Váhom, Ilava, Púchov, Bánovce nad Bebravou. It is an hour and a half by car from Bratislava, so an in-person meeting is not a problem. The work itself runs over calls, e-mail and links to what is finished.
What clients here usually come for
An internal tool that replaces a spreadsheet a production or service company has outgrown. Quoting and material calculators. A custom website that collects enquiries from the region. Taking over a site from a supplier who stopped answering.
The Vah valley is industrial, not corporate
Companies around Trencin and Dubnica are different from those in Bratislava. Fewer agencies and online shops, more manufacturing, machining, assembly and machine servicing. Their owners are not short of demand. They are short of order in what is already underway.
In practice the website is often the second thing they need. The first is records: jobs in progress, parts lists, materials, hours worked. That is exactly the kind of system I built for scaffolding hire and for boiler service.
And when such a company does need a website, it needs it for hiring as much as for customers. A good welder is harder to find today than a contract.
A head start that will not stay open forever
The difficulty of Trencin search phrases is currently a fraction of the Bratislava equivalent. That shifts as companies catch up, and whoever reaches the first page earlier is harder to push off it later.
This is not an argument for rushing. It is an argument for not waiting another three years.
Common questions
You are based in Bratislava. Is that a problem?
Not for the work. The whole build runs remotely and most of the communication would go by phone and e-mail anyway. I come to Trenčín in person for the first meeting and the handover if you want that.
How do we handle the language barrier?
Everything runs in English: calls, written specs and handover documentation. The sites themselves can ship in any language you need. Paving Planner runs in seven.
How is payment and invoicing handled?
Standard invoice in euros, paid by bank transfer. I am a registered sole trader in Slovakia, so an EU business gets a normal cross-border invoice with no complications.

The first call is free. You leave it either with a plan, or with the certainty that building anything right now is not worth it.
