Invoicing and payment QR codes

an invoice in one click

The invoice comes out of the same job you already entered once, and carries a payment QR code to the European standard. The customer scans it and gets a prefilled payment; you have nothing left to mistype.

Invoicing is work that earns nothing and has to be done. Every minute you spend on it is a minute you are not doing the thing you are paid for. And every detail you retype by hand is a place a mistake can appear.

That is why invoicing belongs in the same system where the jobs already are. It does not belong in a separate program the data gets retyped into.

How it works

A job has a customer, line items and prices. The invoice takes them from there and comes out as a finished PDF in one click. You do not have to fill anything in and you do not have to watch whether you have swapped a digit somewhere.

The invoice carries a QR code in the standard Slovak banks recognise. The customer scans it on their phone, the bank pre-fills the amount, the account number and the reference, and they just confirm. It sounds like a small thing, but it shortens the time until the money reaches you, because it removes the moment where the customer tells themselves they will do it later.

Where it already runs

In Kotle CRM the path from a finished job to an invoice with a payment QR is one click. In Paving Planner the QR goes out in the quote itself, so the customer can pay a deposit before the work even begins.
