Payments and subscriptions

Between the moment a customer decides and the moment they pay, a lot of money can be lost. Every extra step, every retyped account number and every "I will do it tonight" is a place where the payment gets put off or does not happen at all.

Card payment straight in the quote or in the app closes that gap.

One-off payment

The customer gets a quote or an invoice and pays it right away, without opening their bank. For a Slovak customer a QR code in their banking app is often more convenient, so it usually makes sense to offer both and leave the choice to them.

Monthly subscription

If you sell access to a tool or a service that keeps running, the payment is taken automatically each month. The customer can manage the subscription themselves and you do not have to send invoices and check who paid every month.

This is how Paving Planner runs. It is a paid product with a monthly subscription, in seven languages and with prices per market. It is not translated, but for each market it has different content and a different tax reality — something you have to solve before the first customer from another country tries to pay.
